- Engage with the startup community and help recruit fintech startups for Angel's Cosmos startup accelerators/ incubators.
- Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers (Fintech) through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels and Advertisement networks.
- Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Find, propose, and execute creative growth-hacking tactics to quickly grow the community of partner professionals in the FinTech industry.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare clickbait /marketing collaterals required for running campaigns.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Above all, empathy, good listening skills, and adaptability are crucial to this role.
Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (E.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful community programs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in using digital/social media to acquire B2C customers
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up like environment
